smoked habanero buffalo wings and a super mushroom-y, garlic butter, truffle oil funghi slice from the ALL VEGAN blackbird pizzeria in philadelphia. total game changer/ totally worth the bus trip from nyc.

actual text I just sent the crush: these vegbabies are looking very green! we better get them to the hospital ASAPeas!

with an immediate follow up text also by me: (that is a very funny pun but we actually didn’t get any peas)

she hasn’t responded yet. 

the best part of going out to eat with the crush is switching sandwich halves so we both get to eat two different types of sandwich. also, she’s really fun to hang out with so that’s the best part too. (but mostly the double sandwich situation)
this time that meant half southern fried tofu blt and half portobello panini from blossom on carmine's lunch menu

ps it seems like there is almost always a groupon for blossom on carmine available and while it doesn’t go to far on the dinner menu, its great for going out for a fancy lunch/ brunch

so on top of today being my birthday, it’s also my vegan anniversary! FIVE YEARS, so glad about it.

It’s why we launched in Dollar Tree recently. My dad needs to be able to buy this mayo and not even think about whether it is healthy or affordable. Food should be healthier and more affordable for regular people or it won’t even mean anything.
